1. I have no idea beyond it's a video made by some guy (he has other shit) and posted on youtube.
2. My buddy Joe Haas from Marquette posted it in the comments section of my MySpace page, and when I first saw it I was not high.
3. I can only say that the humor in this vid is highly complex, in my opinion. It definitely does incongruity like none other. But yes, this is the funniest thing I have seen in a long time as well.
