I sold my first child on ebay yesterday.. so hard, but it was time. Thought you guys would get a kick out of seeing the old honker on the auction block. It sold in an hour and fifty-two minutes with "buy-it-now", after being looked at only 3 times!

are you going to get a macbook pro? i heard rumors that they'll get updated with the new dual core processors into the laptops. more efficient, less power, less leg burn.
no, i'm lookin at just a macbook. for audio work, the performance between the two is pretty much identical. the pro only really makes sense if you need a dedicated GPU, a big screen, or an express card slot.
